What kind of wood do you use?

All my frames are made of Alder. I use alder because it engraves with such a beautiful contrast, and is easily renewable. Please visit Wikipedia for more information about alder.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please give me 3 business days to engrave your frame(s). If I am able to get everything finished earlier than that, I will ship your order out as soon as possible. If you need me to put a rush on your order, please just let me know. I will do everything I can to speed things up.

What shipping method do you use?

Within the U.S, I use USPS priority mail. According to USPS, priority shipping takes 2-3 business days. When shipping to Canada, I like to also go with USPS. Because of customs, etc, they do not guarantee a delivery time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5 for the first frame, and only $3 more for each additional frame, to anywhere in the U.S! If you would like to ship to a Canadian address, shipping is $10 for the first frame, and $5 more for each additional frame.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, unfortunately the law says I have to. The good news is that I am located in California, so if you are anywhere outside of California, I do not charge tax. If you’re in California, 9.75% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout. Sorry.
